Gaurav served as the Traffic Engineer to analyze the impact of a 50,000 SF proposed medical office building located on the north side of Galbraith Road just west of the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway Interchange. The medical office building is expected to be completed and open in 2023 and will have access to Galbraith Road via two site driveways on Galbraith Road; one main access at the signalized intersection opposite Central Park Drive and one right-in, right-out driveway east of main access. The primary focus of the study was to evaluate the impact of the proposed development, assess the warrant status at the signalized Central Park Drive Intersection, and assess the right-turn warrant at the proposed right-in, right-out driveway intersection.
