Gaurav served as the Traffic Engineer for the traffic impact study of the proposed development and redevelopment along the corridor of State Route 125 within Pierce Township, Ohio. The proposed development and redevelopment sites included commercial strip centers, banks, doctor’s offices, high turnover sit-down, and fast-food restaurants. The primary focus of this study was to study the impact of the proposed development, assess the warrant status of un-signalized intersections, and identify potential alternate traffic control and roadway improvements.
